What an amazing restaurant! The food is absolutely fantastic! Every dish we had was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. It seems like they change their menu often -- I don't remember the exact names of what we ordered, and I totally forgot to snap a photo of the menu... haha! The staff was super friendly, and everything was served quickly and right on time. I'm definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

The Lexington House is a fantastic spot with a dark, moody ambiance that perfectly complements its creative menu. Their outdoor seating is ideal for people-watching and enjoying the lively atmosphere. We started with the Fried Capelin served with allium vinaigrette, peanut dukkah, and herbs. This dish was surprisingly delicious--think of it as a meatier, elevated sardine. A unique and flavorful start! Next, we tried the Smoked Trout Tostada, featuring jalapeño, dill, pearl onion, and lemon zest. This was another unexpected hit--light, fresh, and so good we almost ordered a second round. The Market Fish, a delicately cooked branzino wrapped in squash and served with piccata sauce, smoked trout roe, and fine herbs, was exceptional. This is a must-order dish, perfect for sharing--though I almost wanted it all to myself, but my wife had other plans! The standout of the evening was the Short Rib Cassoulet V2, served with fully belly potatoes, confit alliums, collard greens, and Rancho Gordo beans. It's a must-try! The short rib was tender and packed with flavor, making it an instant fan favorite. We ended on a sweet note with the Chocolate Cake, topped with fried bananas and coffee ice cream. The combination was decadent and delightful--a perfect way to wrap up an amazing meal. The service tonight was outstanding--no issues whatsoever. The staff was attentive, friendly, and provided great suggestions that truly enhanced our dining experience. The Lexington House delivers on both ambiance and taste, and I can't wait to come back to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend!

Christmas is tough in the restaurant business and I think it's almost 2 different experiences to dine during the holidays and not. This dinner was only a 3 for me but I suspect a 4 is accurate during non holiday seasons. Ambiance is cozy and warm, with both indoor seating, and a nice bar. Outside an inviting patio. Don't sit in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen if you want to avoid yelling over the frequent cocktail shaker next to your head. It's an intimate space. Service was spotty, as our server was doing double duty behind the bar. Food came out 15" apart from first guests served to last. Awkward and had to ask what was going on. The charcuterie board was excellent. Very well curated top notch ingredients. Delicious. Lamb shank with fresh and piquant accouterments was very tender, but epic lack of salt. Burgers were served (late see above) one ordered medium was cold pink in the middle (rare), other was as ordered mid well. But served mixed up to our diners. When I brought it to the attention of the restaurant, they handled it perfectly. The uneaten half was taken and shown to the kitchen (bravo!) and 1/2 the price was taken off the bill. I mean to me... that's the highest form of correction and caring about the food and the customer. Much appreciated.

This place has such good food, if only it wasn't salted to death. I suggest making a reservation as this place gets pretty busy. I made a reservation to sit myself at the bar. The restaurant ambience is very nice, it's not dark, but low lighting. Water glass had calcification, so it appeared dirty. I had the Bronzino the fish about 4 inches, wrapped in wonderfulness with capers and salmon roe. Amazing taste. I come here because they have an outstanding selection of scotch. I could get Scotchs here that are no longer sold at liquor stores. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They keep a clean place, I find that really important. Even though I'm not eating in the bathrooms, the bathrooms need to be clean. Well, worth the salty food.

Made reservations to celebrate a friend's birthday. We arrived early and they were able to seat us right away inside. Service was quick and friendly, even though there was a large party taking up most of the dining room. We never felt ignored. Our server took the time to explain each dish as it was brought out, which we appreciate because there were a lot of interesting combinations of flavors and ingredients! The green bean dish with the popped sorghum was unexpected but so good! Cocktails were tasty, balanced, and creative. We will definitely be back to try out their other seasonal options.

Cute spot in downtown Los Gatos! My party of 7 came by for post-dinner drinks Saturday night around 8:30. I loved the ambiance here, especially outdoors, with all the lights. We were seated outdoors, so I can't speak to the inside, but I'm sure it's nice as well. They offer a good selection of cocktails. I got the White Lotus ($17), which is composed of coconut rum, Oaxaca rum, vermouth, and lime, and has pandan "caviar". It was a nice light drink that wasn't too sweet, and the pandan caviar at the bottom was interesting. Because we were here for a bachelorette celebration, our server Ashley was super nice and offered to bring us some desserts on the house to munch on. We tried all three: Buttermilk and corn panna cotta - good panna cotta but I definitely didn't taste any corn. Also we all found it overly sweet Mangoes and cream - my favorite of the desserts as I love mangoes. Also the mango wasn't super sweet so I appreciated that as both the other desserts were super sweet Ice cream for bears "Chocturnal" ice cream - solid ice cream, though I'm not sure where the olive oil came in? Also found this on the sweeter side My friends and I had a great time chatting over drinks and dessert at Lexington House. I'm so glad we decided to come here for a night cap!

Originally, we had the intention to relax after long work week, getting drinks and snacks with my husband at Soda Works, but due to being insulted by their employee - we left. So glad we did because we found Lexington House. Although they seemed busier than Soda Works, the employees welcomed us with kind smiles. Offered inside or outside table options; we chose inside which we enjoyed the ambiance. We were quickly greeted by the friendly server taking our orders. Their drinks were amazing! Unlike other places, their cocktails were so smooth and not overly sweet. My husband loved their old fashioned, not too sweet, with the right amount of whisky. We tried 3 more of their cocktails and they all were perfectly made. For food, we ordered the chicken liver mouse, mussels, and wagwu steak; their food was made with Michelin qualities - the steak was better than Alexander in my opinion. We will come back to try other drinks and food.

Good spot for a date night! Very romantic setting, though I agree with the other Yelp reviews that it can get a bit noisy when it's packed inside We got the Red Butter Lettuce as an appetizer which was very refreshing and the dressing wasn't too overpowering--the tasty potato crumbs were a nice touch and added crunch The market fish was a bit disappointing--super thin slices and a bit overpowered by the lemony flavor The pork chop was very solid and was perfectly cooked. Super tender and had a nice crunch to it. Definitely the star of the night Our waiter was so nice, warm, and enthusiastic--though he recommended to not rely on the Yelp reviews
